Go Live
Switch it on
- Open Channels and pick a channel.
- In AI replies, switch on Reply with AI and choose your agent.
- In Moderation, check your banned words, Filter by tone and, on Pro and Ultra, your rules.
- Save. Changes apply to new comments after you save.
Moderation works even with Reply with AI off, so a channel can run on moderation only.
What happens next
- New questions get a reply from your knowledge base, in the commenter’s language. On the default Immediately setting, replies go out in under 60 seconds; 97% of Facebook replies go out within a minute (RYPL’s own measurement).
- Spam and hate are hidden automatically. Spam is flagged in about 1.7 seconds on average and hidden within seconds (RYPL’s own measurement).
- Every comment gets a label: Question, Purchase, Complaint and so on.
- Complaints and rule matches set to Flag for me or I’ll answer myself wait in Needs attention.
- On Facebook, Like positive comments lets your Page like positive comments automatically; liked comments carry a Liked badge in the inbox.
Your first day
- Read every reply in the inbox. Each one shows which agent wrote it.
- Open the filter All hidden or deleted and check what was hidden. Unhide anything hidden by mistake.
- Note questions the agent answered badly, and add the missing facts to the knowledge base. Fix the source, not one reply.
Your first week
- Run Suggest improvements on the agent: it turns real customer questions into new Q&A.
- If you started rules in Review first, look at what they flagged. When a rule catches the right comments, switch to Apply automatically.
- Adjust the tone or instructions if replies sound off.
- Note your ROAS and cost per result in Ads Manager, so you can compare later. See Measuring results.
When a person should step in
- Complaints about an order, refunds and anything sensitive.
- Legal, medical or safety questions.
- A thread that is turning into an argument.
You can reply, hide, unhide or delete from the inbox at any time (and edit replies on Facebook), and Block author hides a person’s new comments on that channel without blocking them on Facebook.
