Inbox and Needs Attention

The inbox is where you see everything Rypl handled: comments and messages from every connected Facebook Page, Instagram account and TikTok ad account, the replies that went out, and what was hidden. It covers your whole history, not only recent items.

What each conversation shows

Needs attention

Needs attention collects what a person should handle:

To clear an item, hide or delete the comment, reply to it, or click Mark as reviewed. The dashboard also counts open items per rule.

What you can do

Action Where
Reply Comments and DMs
Edit a reply Facebook comments
Hide or unhide Comments
Delete Comments (on TikTok, only your own replies)
Block author / Undo Conversation header: hides that person’s new comments on the channel without blocking them on Facebook
Mark as reviewed Items in Needs attention

Meta allows replies to a Facebook or Instagram DM only within 7 days of the person’s last message. After that, Rypl shows that the messaging window has expired.
