Connect Your Channels

A channel in Rypl is a Facebook Page (together with the Instagram account linked to it) or a TikTok ad account. Rypl connects to them through the official Meta Graph API and TikTok Marketing API: you sign in with Meta or TikTok and choose what Rypl may handle. Rypl never sees your password, and there is no scraping or browser automation.

Facebook

  1. In Rypl, open Channels and click Connect Facebook.
  2. Choose how to connect:
    • Business profile: through your Meta Business portfolio. A stable connection that doesn’t need re-login. The better choice for agencies and businesses that manage Pages in a portfolio.
    • Personal profile: with the Facebook profile that manages the Page.
  3. Sign in to Facebook and allow the permissions Rypl asks for. They let Rypl read and reply to comments and messages on your Pages and hide or delete comments.
  4. Select the Pages Rypl should handle.

You need admin access to the Page. If a Page doesn’t appear, see Facebook connection troubleshooting.

Instagram

Instagram accounts connect through the Facebook Page they are linked to. When you connect a Page, its Instagram professional account comes with it, and Rypl handles comments on its ads and posts and its Direct messages.

If the Instagram account doesn’t show up, check that it is a professional (business or creator) account and that it is linked to the Page in Meta Business Suite, then reconnect in Rypl.

TikTok

  1. In Channels, click Connect TikTok.
  2. Sign in to TikTok for Business and authorize Rypl for your ad account.
  3. Choose the ad accounts Rypl should handle.

Rypl handles comments on TikTok ads. Organic TikTok posts are not supported. TikTok doesn’t allow deleting other people’s comments, so on TikTok Rypl hides them instead.
