Multiple Accounts and Pages

One Rypl account can handle several brands or clients. Each Facebook Page (with its Instagram account) or TikTok ad account is a channel with its own settings; agents and rules can be shared across channels or kept separate.

An Instagram account linked to a connected Page doesn’t count as an extra page. No plan limits the number of comments.

Adding accounts

Open Channels.
Click Connect Facebook (choose Business profile for Pages in a Meta Business portfolio, or Personal profile) or Connect TikTok.
Sign in with the other account and pick the Pages or ad accounts to add.

With Business profile, every Page you can access in the client’s business portfolio is available, and the connection doesn’t need re-login.

One agent per brand

Create an agent for each brand or client, with its own instructions, tone and knowledge base, and assign it to that brand’s channels in AI replies. One agent can serve several channels of the same brand: for example, the brand’s Facebook Page with its Instagram account and its TikTok ad account.

Moderation across channels

Global rules: moderation rules and banned words for every channel at once (moderation rules on Pro and Ultra; banned words on every plan).
Per channel: banned words, Filter by tone, Strict Spam & Media Filter, Like positive comments (Facebook) and, on Pro and Ultra, rules Only on this channel.
A channel can skip any global rule by unchecking it.
Channel moderation lets you change moderation settings on several channels at once.

Working across brands

The inbox shows every channel; filter by platform, or open one channel.
Each reply shows the agent that wrote it, so you can tell brands apart at a glance.
Needs attention collects what needs a person across every brand.
