Use Cases

Rypl works the same way for every business: agents answer comments and DMs from your knowledge base, filters and rules handle the noise, and anything that needs a person waits in Needs attention. What changes is what you put in the knowledge base and which rules you write.

Guides

E-Commerce

Stores and direct-to-consumer brands selling through Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads. Price, size, stock and shipping questions; scam accusations and competitor links; complaints about orders.

Marketing Agencies

Agencies running ads for several clients. One agent and knowledge base per client, global rules plus rules per channel, and plans sized by accounts and pages.

B2B and Services

Service businesses and B2B companies using ads for leads: questions about pricing, availability and how to book, answered while the person is still on the ad, with qualified leads and complaints sent to a person.

The same for everyone

  1. Fill the knowledge base before you go live. Your website, the questions you get most, and your policies.
  2. Be specific in the agent’s instructions. Length, tone, what to say when it doesn’t know.
  3. Check the first week closely. Read replies and hidden comments every day, and fix gaps in the knowledge base.
  4. Keep complaints with a person. Use Needs attention for anything that needs judgment.
