The free trial

Every plan starts with 7 days free: $0 today, and no charge until the trial ends.
Settings shows how many days of the trial remain.
Cancel before the trial ends and you aren’t charged.
One free trial per customer. If you had a trial before, checkout shows Billed from today.

Prices and billing periods

Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply depending on where you are. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, so charges and receipts come from Lemon Squeezy on behalf of Rypl.

Changing plans

Choose a different plan in Settings. Moving up unlocks the higher plan’s features. If you move down:

your rules stay saved, and work again when you upgrade;
keep within the lower plan’s limits on accounts, pages and agents (Simple: 1 account, 3 pages, 1 agent; Pro: 5 accounts, 20 pages).

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Your agents, knowledge base and rules are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
Customers in the EU can withdraw from a contract through the withdrawal form.

A payment failed

Rypl shows Payment required. Click Update payment method in Settings and enter a working card.

Refunds and invoices

Invoices and receipts are in the billing portal: Settings → Manage subscription.
For a refund request, a double charge or a charge you don’t recognise, email hey@rypl.is with your account email, the date and the amount.
