- TikTok ads. Comments on TikTok ads are answered and moderated on the same engine as Facebook and Instagram. TikTok doesn’t allow deleting other people’s comments, so Rypl hides them. Details: Rypl now supports TikTok ads.
- Instagram Direct replies. Agents answer Instagram DMs as well as comments.
February 2026
- Auto-replies 2.0. Replies answer from your knowledge base, read the intent behind each comment and reply in the commenter’s language. Details: Auto-Replies 2.0.
- Instagram. Comments on Instagram ads and posts in the same dashboard as Facebook.
2025
- First release. AI replies and moderation for Facebook comments, through the official Meta Graph API.
